Perenjori & Districts Visitors Centre and Museum

Volunteering for the Visitors Centre is very rewarding as you get to meet a diverse range of people, learn about Perenjori’s history and highlights, as well as working with a great group of people. Volunteering involves being available to work shifts at the Visitors Centre to keep it operating during Wildflower season (July – October). The Community Garden group catches up every Tuesday morning.

Perenjori Sports Club

The Sports Club is the hub of Perenjori’s sporting facilities and a great place for families with meals, bar and entertainment available. Membership entitles you to cheaper meals, Friday night draw and happy hour discounts. The club is available for venue hire with facilities including a commercial kitchen, bar, dining area, outdoor undercover area and playground. The club is available for hire by members for $50.

The Perenjori Bush Fire Brigade aims to protect the local community against the threat and devastation of fire. We provide training opportunities to become a committee member or a brigade officer.

Perenjori Playgroup

Perenjori Playgroup is a non-profit community group that provides a regular opportunity for parents in our community to come together with their babies and young children in a relaxed and friendly environment to learn together through play. Perenjori Agriculture Society

Each year we present the Perenjori Agricultural Show, a fabulous day out for all ages. With an affordable gate entry price including free rides for the children all day, fireworks and live music. The show attracts people from across the district. Volunteering with us is a great way to become part of our proud community. Get involved by joining the organising committee, help out on busy bees, or participate by displaying your skills on the day.

Become a volunteer and save lives! Our aim is to continue to provide emergency care to the sick and injured in our communities. We provide great training opportunities and a meaningful way to give back to the community. There is something for everyone – from being on the committee, helping out with fundraising, to becoming an ambulance officer.

Arts and Craft

The Arts and Crafts group does a range of works including patchwork, crochet, pottery and ceramics. Anyone is welcome to join in or even run a workshop on a different set of artistic skills. This group loves to share talents whilst being social with a great bunch of people. We meet every Tuesday from 10 am onwards at the Arts and Crafts building.
