DISPOSAL OF PROPERTY BY PUBLIC TENDER

Pursuant to section 3.58(2)(b) of the Local Government Act 1995, the Shire of Perenjori provides notification of its intention to dispose of Lot 47 Russell Street, Perenjori, WA 6620 by way of public tender, and invites members of the public to make a submission of offer.
The property is a residential-zoned property comprising a dwelling damaged during Cyclone Seroja. The dwelling is currently uninhabitable and not suitable for occupation in its present condition. The property is offered for sale on an “as is, where is” basis, with no warranties.
Inspection of the property prior to lodging a tender is mandatory. Inspections can be arranged by contacting the Chief Executive Officer, Clinton Strugnell on 99730100.
Submission of Offers
Submission of offer forms can be obtained from the Shire website: RFT05-2025.26 Disposal of Lot 47 Russell Street, Perenjori WA 6620 » Shire of Perenjori or requested via email to ea@perenjori.wa.gov.au.
Offers must be submitted by the closing date, using the prescribed offer form and addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Shire of Perenjori, 56 Fowler Street, Perenjori, WA 6620 or via email to tenders@perenjori.wa.gov.au.
Submission of offers must be received by 2.00pm, Wednesday 3 June 2026. No late submissions will be accepted.
